My mother and her friend source together at flea markets and estate sales. They share the buying, the listing and the money. Every tool they tried assumed one seller.
So they did what everyone does: a spreadsheet on a laptop at home, and a lot of texting each other photos and prices from different aisles. One of them would find something, text the other, wait, buy it anyway, and then neither could remember three weeks later what it had cost.
I built them something better. It turned out the parts they needed most were the parts nothing else did — two people in the same inventory at once, costs from a bundle split properly across the items, and an export their accountant could actually use.
Other resellers started asking for it. So here it is.
Me. I'm Nik, I write the software, and there isn't a team behind me. That has obvious downsides and a couple of real advantages.
The downside: I'm one person. If something breaks at 2am it gets fixed when I wake up, not before.
The advantage: when you send feedback it reaches the person who can act on it, usually the same day. There's no support tier, no ticket queue, and nobody deciding your suggestion isn't a priority for this quarter. Several things in the app exist because one reseller asked for them.
It's paid for by subscriptions, and nothing else. No advertising, no selling data, no affiliate deals with marketplaces. You're the customer, which is the arrangement that keeps the incentives straight.
Your records are yours. Export everything to a spreadsheet whenever you like, not only if you're leaving. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted — the app goes read-only and you can still read and export it all.
Nothing is hidden behind a bigger plan you haven't bought. The free tools on this site are genuinely free and stay that way.
It isn't a crossposting tool. It doesn't post your listings to five marketplaces — Poshmark and Mercari don't allow that without a browser extension, and the tools that do it break every time a site changes its layout. What this does instead is get the listing ready and keep the books straight.
It isn't a big company. If you want the reassurance of a large support organisation, this isn't that, and you should know it before you subscribe.
