Straight answers, including to the things we don't do. If yours isn't here, email nikstansel@gmail.com and I'll answer it — and add it to this page.

Does it post my listings to Poshmark and eBay for me?

No, and it's worth being clear about that up front. Poshmark and Mercari don't allow posting from outside their own apps — the tools that claim to do it drive the site's own forms through a browser extension, which breaks whenever a marketplace changes a field. What this does instead is get the listing written for you, then a browser panel puts the title, description, price and photos one tap from your clipboard while you're on their form. eBay posting through eBay's official API is in progress.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet is free and it's yours forever, and under about thirty items a month it's genuinely the right answer. Past that, it isn't on your phone when you're standing in a booth, you can't share it with a selling partner, it starts over every January, and it never tells you that something sold on eBay but is still listed on Poshmark. We give away a free spreadsheet too if you're not ready for an app.

Can two people really use the same inventory?

Yes, and it's the thing nothing else does. You both see and edit the same items live. Every item records who added it, and if you're really two businesses sharing one account you can keep entirely separate books — each person's profit totalled separately in the tax export.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The app becomes read-only, and you can still open everything and export it all to a spreadsheet. Your records are yours whether you're paying or not.

Can I bring my existing spreadsheet across?

Yes. Export it as a CSV and import it — it works out which column is which and shows you three rows before writing anything. Photos can't come across, since a spreadsheet only holds text, but everything else does.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Seven days free, no card. If you don't subscribe at the end, the app goes read-only and your records stay.

Does it work on my phone?

It's built for the phone first. Photograph an item and log what you paid while you're still standing in the booth. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app — there's a prompt in the app showing how.

Will it do my taxes?

No, and be wary of anything that says it will. It keeps the records your preparer asks for — cost of goods, sale prices, fees, shipping, mileage and expenses — and exports them as a spreadsheet. What you file is between you and whoever does your taxes.

I buy pallets and boxes. How does that work?

You put in what the whole lot cost, and attach items to it as you enter them. The cost is split across them weighted by what each item is actually worth, rather than evenly — so the one good coat doesn't make everything else look like a loss. It recalculates itself as things get priced and sold.

Who can see my inventory?

Only people you've added. Each business's data is separated in the database itself, not just hidden in the app, so one customer's records can't be reached from another's account. Photos are stored privately and shown through links that expire.

What does the AI do, and where does my data go?

It drafts a title, description and search keywords from an item's details and photo, and reads receipts so expenses don't have to be typed in. It only runs when you press the button, and only that item's details are sent. Nothing is used to train anyone's models.

Who built this?

One person. It started as something for my mother and her friend, who source together at flea markets and couldn't find a tool that handled both of them. That means no support queue — feedback reaches the person who can act on it, usually the same day.

What if I need help?

There's a Send feedback button in the app that comes straight to my inbox, and I reply. Or email nikstansel@gmail.com.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from inside the app, and it runs until the end of the period you've paid for. No phone call, no retention flow.
